Welcome to Southern Arizona RV Rentals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the submission of rental requests through our website. By using this website or submitting a rental request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rental Requests and Reservations
Submitting a rental request through this website does not guarantee a reservation. All rental requests are subject to availability, approval, verification of renter information, and any additional requirements established by Southern Arizona RV Rentals. A reservation is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted by Southern Arizona RV Rentals and any required rental agreement, payment, deposit, or other booking requirements have been completed.

Availability and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep RV availability, pricing, fees, and other information on our website accurate and current. However, availability and pricing may change, and information displayed on the website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation or final price. Final rental pricing and applicable fees will be provided or confirmed before the rental is finalized.

Renter Eligibility
Renters and authorized drivers must satisfy all eligibility, identification, licensing, insurance, towing, and other requirements applicable to the specific rental. Additional documentation or verification may be required before a rental is approved.

Pickup, Delivery, and Towing
Depending on the RV and reservation, pickup and/or delivery options may be available. Renters who tow an RV are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their tow vehicle and for meeting all towing requirements established for the rental. Delivery availability, locations, and fees are subject to approval and confirmation.

Rental Agreement
Approved rentals may require the renter to enter into a separate rental agreement. The rental agreement may contain additional terms concerning payments, security deposits, cancellations, damage, insurance, towing, mileage, generator use, pets, cleaning, prohibited activities, late returns, and other rental-specific requirements. If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed rental agreement regarding a particular rental, the rental agreement will control.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and no-show terms applicable to a reservation will be provided during the booking process and/or stated in the applicable rental agreement. Renters are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing their reservation.

Use of RVs
Renters are responsible for using rented RVs safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the applicable rental agreement and all instructions provided by Southern Arizona RV Rentals. Unauthorized, unlawful, reckless, or prohibited use may result in termination of the rental and additional charges or liability as permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.
